Road Network Progress (Live Updates)
- Completed: 42% of Phase 1A road network (internal roads in Sectors 1-8). Blacktop roads with CC drains, streetlights, and footpaths.
- In Progress: Spine Road connecting Srisailam Highway to Nagarjuna Sagar Highway (6 lanes, 18 km). Expected completion: September 2026.

Key Road Connectivity Improvements (2026)
ORR to Future City Link Road: 4-lane spur road approved. Expected completion: March 2027 (reduces commute from ORR Exit 15 to 12 minutes).
Srisailam Highway Widening: NH-765 to be widened from 4 to 6 lanes (funds allocated in 2025-26 state budget).

Metro Connectivity: Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited (HAML) Project
The Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited (HAML) has officially proposed a high-speed metro line connecting RGIA Airport to Future City, with an estimated completion by 2028.
- Route: RGIA → Shamshabad → Future City Central → Innovation Zone → Future City South
- Length: Approximately 22 km elevated corridor
- Stations in Future City: 4 planned stations (Central Hub, AI City, Skills University, Residential District)
- Status: DPR (Detailed Project Report) submitted to state government. Land acquisition initiated.
- Impact on Property Values: Properties within 500m of proposed stations have already seen 15-20% premium over comparable plots.
Regional Ring Road (RRR) – Game Changer for Future City
The Regional Ring Road (RRR) is a 340-km, 8-lane expressway encircling Hyderabad, connecting key radial highways and districts. Future City is directly connected to the RRR via a dedicated interchange.
- RRR Alignment Near Future City: Passing within 5 km of Future City's western boundary
- Interchange Location: Near Mucherla (Future City Exit 3)

Hyderabad Pharma City – Employment & Demand Generator
Hyderabad Pharma City is a 19,000-acre dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D hub located approximately 8 km from Future City. This is a massive employment generator that will drive residential demand in Future City.
- Investment: ₹25,000+ crores committed
- Employment: Estimated 500,000+ direct jobs when fully operational
- Current Status: Land allocation completed for 50+ pharma companies including Dr. Reddy's, Aurobindo, Hetero
- Connectivity to Future City: Direct road via Pharma City-Future City link road (part of RRR network)
- Impact on Future City: High demand for rental housing and worker housing near Pharma City
Water, Power & Sewerage Infrastructure
Social Infrastructure: Schools, Hospitals & Recreation
- Young India Skills University: Anchor institution. Construction phase 1 completed. First batch admitted. 10,000 student capacity.
- International Schools: Tie-ups announced with Oakridge, Chirec, and a new IB school (opening 2027).
- Hospitals: AIG Hospital (500 beds) land allocated. Apollo and KIMS in advanced discussions.
- Sports Complex: 50-acre sports city with cricket stadium, swimming pools, tennis courts (tender issued).
